With good convection heat dissipation, surgical lamp  can provide good heat dissipation for surgical shadowless lamps, to ensure the normal illumination and the long service life of the operation light. It comprises cover, mirror with an opening at the top end, insulating glass, handle and light source assembly; The light source assembly includes a light source and a heat shield body having an opening portion and a bottom vent hole; Forming a convection passage between the mirror disposed in the outer cover and the outer cover; A compartment space is formed between the reflector and the insulating glass which is between the reflector and the cover. A plurality of spacers are arranged between the insulating glass and the mirror, which can form a plurality of channels through the convection channel and the compartment space.
In order to prevent the entry of dust and affect the lighting effect or infection, etc., the sealing requirements of the operating light are generally very high. However, the heat dissipation of traditional surgical lights is usually open type. As disclosed in the 'lighting heat dissipation and fixture improvement structure', a through hole is arranged in the lamp chassis, and two ventilation plates are arranged in the fixing seat on the chassis, and a through hole for air circulation is arranged on the ventilation plate, and a fan is arranged below the through hole. The heat of the bulb is guided upward by the metal tube to dissipate heat from the top and the periphery of the cover.
