1.       Positioning

2.       Making embedded parts

It is also a very important step, which is related to the safe use of medical pendants in the future. The main job is welding. Related tools and materials: electric welder, angle grinder, cutting machine, electric hammer or impact drill, channel steel No. 8 or above, angle steel or square steel tube No. 4, expansion screw or counter-screw screw, anti-rust paint, etc.

3.       Rotating arm or beam mounting

Install the rotating arm or beam after the renovation is completed. The rotating arm or the beam flange and the embedded flange are fastened by screw connection of M16 or more. Be careful to adjust the rotating arm to the level, otherwise the medical pendant will have a center of gravity drift.

4.       Terminal box installation

This step is relatively simple. After the gas line and power line of the terminal box pass through the rotating arm or beam, tighten the connecting screw.

5.       Gas and power connection

Regardless of the method of connection, care must be taken to prevent the risk of air leaks and electric leakage.

6.       Accessory installation

Including instrument platform, drawer, infusion stand, monitor stand, keyboard and mouse stand, sundries basket, etc.

7.       Pressure test

Mainly to test the sealing of the hospital pendant gas, whether there is air leak.
