How to properly inspect the surgical lamp?

Surgical lamps are mainly used in the medical profession and are more common in hospitals. In order to protect its use, what we need to do is to check the surgical lamp LED regularly. 1.       Grab the bottom of the bulb and enter the bulb holder directly during inspection. Be careful not to touch the glass on the reflective mirror surface of the bulb. It is recommended to wrap the bottom of the bulb with plastic or a clean cloth during installation and check if the bulb is installed.

2.       To extend the life of the bulb mirror surface, wipe it when necessary with soft, clean cloth and mild soap solution, do not wear the mirror surface.

3.       Operation light should be cleaned with weak alkaline solvent, such as soapy water, to scrub the surface of the OT lamp. Cleaning with chlorine-containing lotions and alcohol solutions should be avoided.

4.       Annual inspections require trained engineers, to tighten the power cord connector, that is, the control box input and output, and the screws and brushes at the joints. Adjust the rotation limit, the lamp working voltage, then look at the verticality and balance of the arm, the fastening of the screws at each joint should be normal.
