1. The main light is off and the auxiliary light is on. ZF series operation light has automatic switching function in the circuit control. When the main lamp is damaged, the auxiliary lamp will light up to ensure normal operation. After surgery, the main lamp bulb should be replaced immediately.
2. Light is not on. Open the top cover, check the transformer and power supply voltage to see whether thay are normal, if both are no problem, please find a professional to repair.
3. Transformer damage. There are generally two reasons for transformer damage: Supply voltage and excessive current caused by short circuit. The latter should ask a professional to repair.
4. The bulb is often damaged. Check whether the bulb is configured according to the rated power specified in the instruction manual and whether the power supply voltage is normal.
5. Disinfection handle deformation. Surgery light handle can be autoclaved, but the handle can not press heavy objects during disinfection, otherwise it will cause the handle deformation.
6. Move operating light angle, the light is off. This is mainly because the sensors at both ends of the arm will cause poor contact after a period of use. In this case, the professional should be asked to maintain it once.
7. Lamp head drift. After using for a period of time, due to the heavy weight of the operating lamp head, a large friction force is required for positioning, lamp head drift is generated, the upper positioning screw can be tightened to solve the problem.
8. Surgery shadowless light dims. Reflective glass for cold light shadowless lamps using coating technology. Generally domestic coating technology has only two years of life, after two years, the coating layer will cause problems, the reflection will become dark and foaming. In this case, you need to change the reflective bowl.
