Electric hydraulic operating table working principle


Now many orthopedic operating tables, image OR tables, surgery tables are electric hydraulic operation table.  It is driven by electro hydraulic system, main control structure consists of control switch, speed control valve and solenoid valve. Hydraulic power source is provided by electro-hydraulic gear pump to control the reciprocating motion of each two-way hydraulic cylinder, and through the handle button to control the operating bed to change the various positions, such as height adjustment, lateral tilt, forward/backward tilt, back rest, leg rest, movement, fix and other functions, so that it meets the requirements of surgical operation.
The hydraulic system has the characteristics of compact structure, small size, light weight, low noise, stable control and easy installation. Hydraulic system includes fuel tank, check valve, solenoid valve, relief valve, bladder accumulator, pressure gauge, throttle valve and cylinder. A bed controller is installed on both sides of the operating table, and various motion controls can be performed by the hand controller.
