How to extend the life of shadowless lamps?

If you do not check and maintain the equipment after the surgery light is bought, it will cause frequent failures, makes its life greatly reduced. So how to extend the life of operating light?

1. Periodic inspection, once a year. Check the connection status of each connection part of the shadowless lamp, prevent accidents caused by loose parts. After the operation is completed, the power must be turned off

2. To change the fuse, you must turn off the power. Replace the fuse of the same model. When changing the lamp bulb, you must first cut off the power supply and wait until the lamp bulb has cooled before replacing it. When the filter glass is damaged, the factory should be promptly repaired, otherwise it may cause burns of the body tissue.

3. Replace the lamp bulb, first cut off the power, then remove the disinfection handle, and then use a screwdriver to remove the light source system. The damaged bulb can only be replaced after it has been determined that the lamp has cooled down.

Note: Do not handle the bulb directly with your hand to avoid fingerprints on the new bulb and affect the light source.

4. Before the operation, the disinfection handle should be removed and disinfected with 75% alcohol solution. Wipe the lamp head with a soft cloth dampened with 75% alcohol.

Note: operation light handles, disinfection handles, and light panels must not be scrubbed with organic solvents.

5. Balance adjustment. First remove the plastic cover of the balancer which is near the lamp end and find the round nut inside the balancer tube. Adjusting the up and down movement force of the lamp head with a special adjustment lever, so that the movement force of the lamp head up and down is basically the same.

6. Damping adjustment. Adjustment of the rotational damping of the lamp body around the main shaft, using a flat-blade screwdriver to adjust, clockwise rotation.
