The sensor mainly uses position sensors, including limit switches and proximity switches. The entire care bed contains several institutions that are structurally independent of each other, each institution corresponds to more than one degree of freedom, these institutions form a multi-open chain system under the unified control of the total control system, through the movement of the various bed panels, the bed is completed in a specific position. Therefore, the control system is a very important part of the hospital bed, it is closely related to the structural design of the nursing bed and the selection of the motor. The structural design, kinematics, and dynamics analysis of the care bed must be completed before the control system is finalized.
