Intelligent control of multifunctional electric medical bed
As medical device, multi-functional
electric hospital bed allows patients to rest and take care of their
illness, comfort and scientific design bring convenience to the patient's
recovery. In order to facilitate the intelligent control of electric nursing
bed by the control system and to know the current working state of
the bed in time, it is necessary to place sensor on the bed. Through the data
transmitted by the sensor, the control system can understand and control the
movement state of the bed panel in real time, preventing the interference of
different mechanisms or the overshoot of the linear motor to cause unnecessary
damage to the medical bed
and personnel. The sensor mainly uses position sensors, including limit
switches and proximity switches. The entire care bed contains several
institutions that are structurally independent of each other, each institution
corresponds to more than one degree of freedom, these institutions form a
multi-open chain system under the unified control of the total control system,
through the movement of the various bed panels, the bed is completed in a
specific position. Therefore, the control system is a very important part of
the hospital bed, it is closely related to the structural design of the nursing
bed and the selection of the motor. The structural design, kinematics, and
dynamics analysis of the care bed must be completed before the control system
is finalized.
The bed body position control is composed
of a single-chip control system, monitoring medical electric
bed system, including accepting the input of keyboard and sensor
position singnals, as well as the output the control signals of motors.
