The engineering plastics used in OR lights have the advantages of light weight, high mechanical performance, easy cleaning and disinfection, and more human-friendly, therefore, it is also widely used in various medical products. In the production of OT lights, most motion-carrying parts use high-strength PA6 resin with 25% short glass fiber, important appearance parts use ABS resin, rotary structural parts use POM with automatic lubrication, other special requirements components use modified PP, PVC, PPO, AES and other new materials, to ensure the excellent quality of surgery light.
